A full refund will be provided thru February 2023.

50% of registration fee will be refunded through March 1st, 2023.

25% of the registration fee will be refunded through March 15th 2023. 

No refunds will be given after March 15, 2023.

WAIVER/RELEASE

VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHS

The above-referenced seminar may be photographed, digitally recorded and/or videotaped by the owners of the Puppy Potential Workshop/Mark McCabe/Stephanie McCabe/TBTE or one of their representatives. I acknowledge that all such images, together with the copyrights therein, are the property of the owners of the Puppy Potential Workshop/Mark McCabe/Stephanie McCabe/TBTE . I give the owners of the Puppy Potential Workshop/Mark McCabe/Stephanie McCabe/TBTE  and persons authorized by him my consent, permission and authorization, without compensation to me, to create, use, reproduce, edit, and alter the images, in video, print or electronic format (including on the internet), either alone or in combination with other images, video, text and graphics. I waive my right to approve the finished photograph, video, advertising copy, print material or electronic files that may be used in conjunction with the images. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and acknowledge that the rights granted in this paragraph are irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and are binding on my heirs, successors and assigns. Participants taking pictures, video, or sound recording of this seminar and the associated training labs is strictly prohibited.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT 

Releases: Mark and Stephanie McCabe and Training Between the Ears/TBTE and the owners of the Puppy Potential Workshop during the Seminar/Workshop.

• As a participant of this Seminar and workshop, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Seminar presenter, as an individual or otherwise, promoter, host, owners, and lessees of the premises used to conduct the Seminar/Workshop or their agents and employees or representatives, herein collectively and individually referred to as “Releasees” from all liability for any and all loss or damage and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the person or property of the undersigned arising out of or relating to the Seminar and training labs , whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 
• I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur arising out of or related to the Seminar/Workshop whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 
• I acknowledge that the activities of the Seminar/Workshop may be dangerous and may involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or damage to persons or property.  I agree that in the event my dog engages in an act of aggression toward another dog or person while participating in the Seminar/Workshop, the Releasees, in their sole discretion, may use reasonable force to interrupt and stop the behavior.  I further agree that I am solely responsible, financially or otherwise, for any harm or damage to other dogs, persons, and/or property arising from my dog’s behavior. 
• I agree that this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of North Carolina and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

  I have read this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have agreed to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me.  I intend my agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
